Truck Locks

Truck locks are manufactured in two basic designs – top plate or side plate fixing. Top plate fixing truck locks include the Revvo 4040 series which is of a pressed steel construction and the Flexello TLCH which has a more robust cast body. The pressed steel TLCM series is side plate fixing with either a left or right handed pedal.

Truck locks represent an ideal way of securing a truck or trolley in a desired position without raising it and without further movement to allow castor brakes to engage. Complete freedom of movement is restored by the quick released pedal and the moderate force required to engage and release the rubber pad does not alter with the load.
